    1. Tax Invoice
      1. Only a computer-generated tax invoice is considered valid proof of transaction.
      2. Please collect your invoice before leaving the store.
    2. Return & Refund Policy
      1. Sold goods will not be returned.
      2. Meena work, color stones, American garnets, and other non-gold/non-diamond decorative items will be broken and taken back during returns.
      3. Refund (if applicable) will not exceed the billing amount.
      4. No legal action for refunds will be valid after the return period.
    3. Legal Jurisdiction
      1. All legal matters will be resolved only in Kathua Court.

 

    1. Weight & Craftsmanship
      1. Weight variation may occur due to kundan work, accessories, and craftsmanship (karigiri).
      2. Exchange allowed as per net weight on bill, provided gross weight matches physical product.
      3. STONE jewelry may have weight differences(G.WT  N.WT) check before buying.
    2. Custom Conditions
      1. Any special customer conditions must be written on the invoice before the sale.
      2. Verbal commitments are not valid.
    3. Billing Limitations
      1. For jewelry above ₹2,00,000, cash payment is not allowed.
      2. Payment must be made via bank transfer from the customer's own account.
    4. Hallmarking & Purity Check
      1. 100% HUID HALLMARK JEWELLERY
      2. Gold items below 2 grams may not be hallmarked.
      3. Kundan and Polki jewelry are not covered under BIS hallmarking.
      4. Customers can reverify purity at any certified hallmark center within 3 days of purchase.
    5. Deficiency & Return
      1. If a deficiency in purity is found within 3 days, the goods can be returned and get payment refunded.
      2. Refund will not exceed the amount on the invoice.
    6. Legal Claims
    7. No legal claims or proceedings outside these terms will be considered valid.

  •  Payment & Cancellation Terms Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide accurate details, including jewelry design, weight, purity (karat), and size (e.g., ring size, chain length). Advance Payment: For rate fixing, customers must pay 80% of the estimated bill in advance. To start the order without rate fixing, a minimum 20% advance payment is required. Price Determination: The final price will be based on the prevailing gold rate at the time of order placement (if rate fixing is chosen) or at the time of final billing (if only a 20% advance is paid).

Custom Orders – No Cancellation Policy: Custom-made jewelry orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started. The customer must purchase the jewelry within 20 days of its completion. If the customer fails to collect the jewelry within 20 days, the jeweler reserves the right to forfeit the advance payment or charge storage fees
